Moringa Oleifera commonly grows in the foothills of Himalayas. It is because it has immense nutritional value and therapeutic properties. Its bark, leaves, fruit, root, seeds and flowers are used to make totally different medicines. In Mumbai the place the place I keep, I have not seen moringa leaves being bought in grocery shops. I haven't seen its use in Maharashtrian delicacies either.
